    • Interface with computer to retrieve data & trouble codes- **vehicle has multiple codes- see attached handout- *P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304- all cylinder misfire related. *P0597 Thermostat Heater Control Circuit/Open. *P2188 Fuel Control System "A" Too Rich at Idle (Bank 1). *P0442 Evap System Leak Detected (small leak)- Perform smoke test- found gas cap not sealed properly. Recommend replace. Perform diagnosis & inspection found thermostat stuck open, mass air flow soaked in oil, valve cover pcv assembly leaking vacuum. Recommend replace valve cover assembly w/ oil filler cap, coils, thermostat & flush coolant system- then road test & retest- Customer advised & declined repairs at this time.

Front & rear brakes at 12mm. -Tech noted check engine light on. *Oil pressure switch and transmission pan leaking- trans fluid was 2qts low- recommend service transmission, replace oil pressure switch & knock sensor w/ connector. -Oil pan & rear main seal leaking, remaining motor mounts worn.
    • Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with R-134. Test system performance. High side (190psi) Low side (40psi) Amb. temp. (98F) Vent temp (50F)Tech noted freon low on arrival- found service ports leaking- replace.
