    • Perform inspection- has broken upper ball joint- others failing.
    • BALL JOINT – Remove & Replace – PreRunner Lower Control Arm,Both Sides – [DOES NOT include alignment.]
    • Replace both upper control arms- damaged
    • WHEEL ALIGNMENT
    • Replace both sides front hoses & both lines- was damaged.
    • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.

    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Front pads at 8mm. Rear pads less than 2mm- recommend replace rear pads & rotors. Cabin and air filter dirty. Brake fluid due for service. -Inflate tires to spec (35PSI) -Torque lug nuts to spec (80ft. lbs)
    • Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Inspect hoses and clamps.
    • Interface with computer to retrieve data & trouble codes- **P0128 Coolant Thermostat Temperature Below Regulating Temperature.– Inspect coolant system- found thermostat has been replaced before- plastic thermostat housing broken- customer advised piece possibly lodged in engine or radiator**** **Customer advised to pay attention to engine power & temperature gauge**
    • THERMOSTAT &/OR GASKET – Remove & Replace
    • REPLACE REAR BRAKE PADS & ROTORS, SERVICE BOTH CALIPERS
    • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
    • Disable fuel injection & chemicly clean fuel injection system
    • CLEAN THROTTLE BODY
