Front & rear brakes at 12mm. -Tech noted check engine light on. *Oil pressure switch and transmission pan leaking- trans fluid was 2qts low- recommend service transmission, replace oil pressure switch & knock sensor w/ connector. -Oil pan & rear main seal leaking, remaining motor mounts worn.
    • Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with R-134. Test system performance. High side (190psi) Low side (40psi) Amb. temp. (98F) Vent temp (50F)Tech noted freon low on arrival- found service ports leaking- replace.

    • Remove & Replace ALL 4 Oxygen Sensors (2 upstream, 2 downstream)
    • THERMOSTAT – Remove & Replace
    • RADIATOR HOSE – Remove & Replace – Both
    • HEATER HOSES – Remove & Replace – Both,Inlet & Outlet – [NOTE: Deduct 0.2 when used in conjunction with Radiator Hose(s) – R&R.]
    • Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Inspect hoses and clamps.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Front brake pads at 10mm. Rear brake pads at 9mm. -Torqued lug nuts to spec (140ft. lbs.) -Inflated tires to spec (38PSI)
    • Remove transmission pan wash and clean, replace gasket, filter, and refill. Tech noted trans fluid very dark- smells burnt. Customer advised possible transmission overheated and internal wear.

    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Front pads at 6mm. Rear pads less than 2mm. **Front wheel hubs have play. Rack and pinion boot torn. -Engine mounts & trans mount should be replaced.
    • Interface with computer to retrieve data & trouble codes- -P0332 Knock Sensor Bank 2 Circuit Low Bank 2. Test & inspect system- found knock sensor & connections damaged. -P0481 Fan 2 Control Circuit Stuck. Test & inspect fan relay- relay defective, replace w/ used relay. OK at this time -P0455 Evap System Large Leak Detected. Found purge solenoid hose assembly damaged. Replace. -P1811 Maximum Adapt on Long Shift. -Customer declined repairs at this time.
    • Pressure test & inspect for leaks- found multiple leaks. Radiator corroded & leaking. recommend replace radiator, both hoses, thermostat & flush system. – Rack and pinion leaking & power Steering pump seeping & noisy. Front outer tie rods, front wheel hubs/bearings have play. -Oil pan, oil pressure switch & rear main seal leaking. Customer advised & opted to only do coolant repairs at this time.
    • Found windshield wiper motor is missing wires- will need in-depth diagnosis. Wiper blades old.
    • RADIATOR – Remove & Replace
    • THERMOSTAT – Remove & Replace – 3.8L Eng
    • Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Inspect hoses and clamps.
