- Remove & Replace ALL 4 Oxygen Sensors (2 upstream, 2 downstream)
- THERMOSTAT – Remove & Replace
- RADIATOR HOSE – Remove & Replace – Both
- HEATER HOSES – Remove & Replace – Both,Inlet & Outlet – [NOTE: Deduct 0.2 when used in conjunction with Radiator Hose(s) – R&R.]
- Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Inspect hoses and clamps.
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Front brake pads at 10mm. Rear brake pads at 9mm. -Torqued lug nuts to spec (140ft. lbs.) -Inflated tires to spec (38PSI)
- Remove transmission pan wash and clean, replace gasket, filter, and refill. Tech noted trans fluid very dark- smells burnt. Customer advised possible transmission overheated and internal wear.
