- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Front brake pads metal to metal, rotors grooved & shows signs of overheating/wear. Rear brake shoes less than 1mm, drums worn, rear wheel cylinders leaking. Recommend replace front brake pads & rotors, rear wheel cylinders, drums, shoes, hardware kit, and flush. -Lug nuts torqued to spec (140ft. lbs.) -Tires inflated to spec (35PSI)
- SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – Gas/Ethanol,V8
- Disable fuel injection & chemically clean fuel injection system
- Remove transmission pan wash and clean, replace gasket, filter, and refill.
- RADIATOR – Remove & Replace – Gas/Ethanol,V8
- THERMOSTAT – Remove & Replace – V8
- HEATER HOSES – Remove & Replace – V8,Gas/Ethanol Both –
- WATER PUMP – Remove & Replace – V8,Gas/Ethanol
- Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Inspect hoses and clamps.
- BRAKE PADS – Remove & Replace
- WHEEL CYLINDER – Remove & Replace – Rear,Both – [Includes: Perform ABS Automated Bleed procedure.] – [Includes: Replace Shoes.]
