- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Brakes at 10 mm. Tire pressure set to 36 psi. Lug nuts torqued to 140 ft lbs
- Perform Inspection & diagnosis- Found exhaust manifold leaking & timing chain rattling upon start up.
- Replace exhaust manifold & gaskets- Tech found O2 sensor defective during transfer- Install new O2 sensor.
