- Pressure test & inspect coolant system- found water outlet on rear of engine leaking. Perform block test- inconclusive- passed at this time, failed results may take time to appear due to excessive overheating. Recommend replace water outlet, thermostat & flush.
- Tech noted heater hose assembly leaking- recommend replace.
- THERMOSTAT &/OR GASKET – Remove & Replace – S,SE,SEL,In-Line4
- Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Inspect hoses and clamps.
