- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Brakes at 8mm, Tire pressure set to 35 psi, Lug nuts torqued to 150 ft lbs
- Interface with PCM to retrieve dtc's & data- PO458-small evap leak detected- Smoke test system- found purge solenoid & hose leaking.
- Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Inspect hoses and clamps.
- CANISTER PURGE SOLENOID – Remove & Replace – Purge Valve – [Includes: Component test.]
