- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. -Brakes at 10mm -Tire pressure set to 35 psi -Lug nuts torqued to 98 ft lbs
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
- Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Inspect hoses and clamps.
- SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace
- Disable fuel injection & chemically clean fuel injection system
- TRANSMISSION OIL PAN GASKET &/OR FILTER – Remove & Replace – [Includes: Drain and fill.]
